Important Component Configuration of Attachments
- Hydraulic System: A two-way hydraulic lock is used to achieve two-way hydraulic self-locking, ensuring safety during operation; motors, valves, and seals are all original imported products.
- Structural Components: The slewing bearing uses a large modulus slewing bearing, which has stronger load-bearing capacity; the turbine and worm gear use involute gears, which can improve work efficiency, reduce heat loss, and achieve self-locking function.
- Mechanical Performance: This attachment can achieve 360° bidirectional rotation; an additional set of oil circuits can meet the requirements; standard forks can be used directly without modification.
- Application Range: Widely used in food, automated production, chemical, material recovery, smelting and casting industries, and any occasion requiring the rotation, tilting, and mixing of hoppers or boxes. It can quickly flip or transfer goods and then immediately and continuously restore the fork to its original position.
Performance Parameters

3. Requires the forklift to add one set of auxiliary oil circuit;
4. The forks equipped with the rotator must be welded with a center hook. The rotator is equipped with a center hook when it leaves the factory;

6. XZ60J-C6 is equipped with non-standard forks.
